Vision With Intention

Vision With Intention is a safe space for African-American women to address their stuff.  Though we don't exclude anyone this course was designed intentionally to address the needs of the African-American woman. The reality is some things are unique to her struggle, pain, and experience that are not often mentioned, addressed, or sometimes even known by others who create spaces for women in general.

 

In this 12-week course, we will dig deep into what it means to walk out our lives spiritually, naturally, as wearers of many hats but often found at the bottom of everyone else's list. We will reflect, share, support, and heal together. We will motivate, plan and strive together as we celebrate the girl genius in us all.

Self-Care Mandatory for Survival

COVID thrust us into a space where we realized the need for self-care. This need to learn how to prioritize oneself in stressful times became the new norm. We realized that our mental, emotional and physical wellness was the key to better working, home, and school environments. In this training we help individuals, groups and businesses prioritize self-care in a way woven into every individual's day-to-day life.
