Transformative Group Coaching
Vision With Intention Course for women, guides you through a self-discovery journey to create, plan and execute the life you were intended to live. By doing the hard work of dealing with the past that got you to your present and giving you tools to facilitate healing guided by faith principles, we lay a strong foundation on which to build. From there we can learn how to have healthy relationships first, with self and then with others. Lastly, we create plans that don't become wish lists but guide that we work and rework on this journey called life. Vision With Intention isn't just about whom you become at the end but more importantly, the journey that got you there.

We offer both consulting and coaching for busy entrepreneur and small business.
What we know is that, we don't know what we don't know and that's okay. The willingness to learn is all that matters. Our approach is to educate clients on the process.
We specialize in strategic planning and new/small businesses. Our plans help you see where you are and where you need to go while connecting you with the right resources for every step.

I’m the founder or Inspire Me 2 Change and the creator of Girl Genius, a brand of Inspire Me 2 Change. I’ve been a student of business and personal development for over 15 years. I'm a thought leader, innovator, creator, teacher, serial mompreneur, daughter, sister, activist, minister and most of all a Girl Genius.

One thing I always knew was that I loved the idea of entrepreneurship. For me, it came from a place that held the freedom to dream, create and you guessed it, inspire.
I wanted to inspire people to be their greatest selves. As I grew and became even more interested in business, I wanted to not only inspire business owners but assist them in creating strong businesses, great employees and develop wealth for themselves and the communities they serve.
A tall order but achieveable for a girl genius like myself. Even part time I was committed to the cause, helping individuals start up and level up their businesses. After being fired from my 9-5 I was now forced to step into the world fully that I had been supporting. As we now enter our own new levels as a company, we continue to do the work to educate, empower and elevate businesses particularly those in and or serving marginalized communities.
